This PD is for grades TK- 1 at Lincoln Elementary.
To prepare for the 2024-25 rollout of Twig Science, we will be discussing how to breakdown the Next Generation Standards, teaching through inquiry, and scientific discourse.

MTSS rubric - a deeper dive into best practices, detailing your entry and exit criteria, current PA research, and collaboration with your Intervention team. Attendance based on grade level team and principal collaboratively set agenda for the day.

This PD will instruct middle school intervention teachers on how to enter progress monitoring data into Performance Matters. Time to enter data is included.

The very thought of trying small groups in the middle school classroom can make most of us want to run for the hills! We know that small groups will offer us opportunities to provide individualized support and guidance to students, but the barriers to this practice can seem overwhelming. Student behavior, finding resources, and starting new classroom routines can paralyze us. So we’ve designed this PD to help you identify some small, but powerful moves you can make to launch your small group process.  

A wise man once said, "Start by doing what is necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible."

Looking at C3 Framework and building capacity for inquiry-based lessons. This session will focus on enhancing the social studies discipline's rigor and building students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and participatory skills to become engaged citizens.
