During this session you may use the time to work with a mentor or colleagues to collaborate on current program components including Classroom Management Plan checkpoint, lesson planning, establishing ILP goals, and/or adding ILP activities. There will be a separate room dedicated to focused studying of the RICA for those who have not completed this executive order.
1) Must register w/EUSD first 2) Finalize registration w/SDCOE Description: This lively, interactive training will give K-12 educators dozens of practical strategies they can use tomorrow to better manage their classes and students. Both prevention and intervention techniques are shared and modeled. Every participant will walk away with the tools they need to create the safe and structured learning environment they’ve always wanted. Limited to NETs Induction— 25 slots

Active Engagement - This entertaining and fast-paced training will give K-12 educators dozens of brain-based strategies that can be used right away to keep students of varying abilities and learning styles involved and motivated to learn. Participants will learn, practice, and have modeled for them specific ways to increase movement, creative thinking, content-based talk, general participation and more during direct instruction and beyond.Limited to NETs Induction— 25 slotsDescription: This lively, interactive training will give K-12 educators dozens of practical strategies they can use tomorrow to better manage their classes and students. A dozen techniques for designing better peer and group structures will be presented, practiced, and modeled. Description: This special session is geared for Interns & New Year 1 Induction Teachers (all other special education teachers are welcome to attend). This is dedicated time to collaborate, seek support from coaches/mentors/peers and work on your progress reports in SEIS. We will be supporting questions/needs on downloading progress monitoring and forms and uploading to SEIS. Please bring your laptop and any other resources needed to complete progress reports.
